The Work and Family Experience® wants to assist in making your HR responsibilities as simple as possible which is why we provide each corporation with your very own account manager once you choose to extend the TLE Childcare corporate discount to your employees. The account manager is able to assist each organization and their employees with all matters relating to The Learning Experience® and the corporate discount. Most companies find it beneficial to list this person's phone number and email address on all TLE communication pieces so their employees can reach out directly to the account manager. The account manager can also provide any sample communication pieces, parent brochures, flyers, etc. for the company to present to their employees about the benefit they receive.

Our account managers also provide (upon request) monthly, quarterly or yearly utilization reports. These utilization reports can be beneficial for companies to see how many employees are utilizing The Learning Experience® for their childcare needs. This report also lets the employer see how much the corporation is saving each month, each quarter, and on a yearly basis!

Another beneficial service our account managers provide to each corporation is the setup of visibility tables. The Learning Experience will send a representative to any office building to provide employees with more information on our childcare facilities and the generous discount they receive. The same also goes for any Benefit/Vendor Fairs your organization hosts each year.
